Was a busy day for the truck house members with starting the day assisting with other groups in the Ship Shape Day clean up. Even with the rain members enjoyed themselves and had a lot of fun. After the walk around town then off to our annual gun drawing at Pleasant Hall Fire Department and we ended the night with weekly bingo. I would like to thank all the members for a great turnout and a good day.......The stand-by crew even got three runs for us while the members were out. Thank You Company 47 for covering the truck.

Today CV Hose Company assisted with the Shippensburg University Children's Fair. The members enjoyed themselves with different activities for the children of all ages. During the event the Truck got a call to
Wal-mart for an AFA. I would like to thank the Shippensburg University for sponsoring the event and also the Shippensburg Area EMS crews for there assistance during the run. .

Truck 53 was alerted to 401 Springfield Road, Box 247- 03 for the chimney fire. Truck assisted with roof operations (Running Chains). Special thanks to the Newville "boyz" for truck assistance.

Company 53 members assisted with the Liberty Tax Safety Day event. Company had a great time with the activities, PSP helicopter, Shippensburg PD, EMS and a number of events for the kids.

Approximately 12 hours later Truck 53 was alerted to another working Mobile Home fire Box 7-3. Crews assisted with ventilation, salvage and overhaul and extinguishment. Units cleared at 14:59 hours

Truck 53 was alerted at 2217 for a building fire in the 7-2 box. The Truck responded with six personnel to complete salvage and overhaul and assist with lighting. The Truck crew returned available at 0009.
