Vehicle Accident
July 14, 2010
Engine 53 alert to the intersection of South Fayette and Orange Street for a vehicle accident at 09:58, Box 53-02. Units arrived to find a two vehicle accident with confinement. Engine crew quickly pulled a hand line, checking for hazards, and chocked the vehicle until 54 unit arrived. Engine 154 arrived popped a driver door to extricate the patient. Crews then assisted with EMS packaging and units cleared at 10:19

Another Job (House Fire)

Truck 53 alerted to 121 Hilltop Road, Box 151-03 for the house fire. Units arrived to find an attic fire. Truck 53 arrived laddered the building, started ventilation, and assisted with interior operation (salvage and overhaul). Air 53 alerted working fire dispatch.

Engine 53 was alert at 16:11 to Box 50-02 for the house fire. As units responded Chief 250 alerted second alarm assignment, alerting air 53. Engine arrived assisted with salvage and overhaul, ventilation. Air 53 assisted with filling of cylinders. Units cleared at 17:21

Basement Fire

Truck, Engine 53 alert at 16:11 to Box 52-01 for a Deck fire at 332 East King Street (Before & After Cafe). Units arrived on scene to find a basement fire with extension into the first floor. 53 units assisted with ventilation, salvage overhaul, Lighting units clear at 18:47.

Day started at 03:06 to 4410 Coontown Road Box 8-04 for Air 53 working fire dispatch (House Fire), Air arrived and staged to fill cylinders, air 53 cleared at 05:20 at 04:08 Truck 53 alerted to 436 Lincoln Way West for House Fire
Box 1-02. Truck 53 arrived assisted with ventilation, lighting, salvage and overhaul cleared at 07:02. Air 53 was alerted again at 23:36 working fire dispatch (Building Fire,Mr. Ed's) 6019 Chambersburg Road, Box 27-7 staged and filled cylinders. Air 53 cleared at 02:38
